A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside of their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Naomi Atud, IMOAN, Wiesbadener Str. 50, 47138 Duisburg, Germany, Tel.: 017660733839, Email: queenatud24@gmail.com) with an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

You can also fill out and submit the withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement electronically on our website https://imoan.shop/pages/wiederrufsbelehrung. If you use this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., via email) a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification about the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be required to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for the examination of their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General information

1. Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging for adequate protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not return the goods to us with postage due.

3. Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
